How many sheets come in a Pack?
A
Diamond films are available in packs of 25 sheets. Silicon carbide, aluminum oxide and final polish films come in packs 100 sheets.

Is there a video I can watch on how to properly clean a connector using this CleanTouch product?

We do not have a video. However, the correct procedure is just to lightly touch the ferrule tip to the cleaning port and remove. Do not twist or wipe. No solvents are required. It is suggested to use each port only once. If you would like a sample, please contact sales@krelltech.com.

How do you maintain the height of the platen during spinning? Basically my concern is if the platen is wobbling or randomly going up and down, it will damage the fiber. Thanks!

Our rotating platen (in which polishing film is placed on a glass disk/rubber pad) lies directly upon the polisher baseplate. Both consist of aluminum that is ground to a high level flatness tolerance. Additionally, a quality control run-out measurement inspection(i.e. up/down movement) is perform
